The root cause problem solving workshop supports the belief that the entire workforce should be encouraged and supported in daily continuous improvement. this workshop focuses on learning and practicing a structured problem solving method that can build credibility among your problem solvers. Using the six sigma DMAIC method, the workshop utilizes simple steps to define the problem, measure the current state, perform simple analysis, document the improvement and put controls in place to ensure the problem remains solved.

Typical Length

Depending on the scope, this workshop can be completed in two days. The workshop will consist of approximately six hours of class study mixed with ten hours of hands-on application. Class size is limited to one team at a time.
